These terms apply to your use of this website, run by the IPA Space Foundation (“the Foundation”, “we”). By using the site, or giving through it, you agree to them.
Using this website
You may use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes. Please do not misuse it, for example by trying to disrupt it, gain unauthorized access, submit false information, or use it to test payment cards.
Gifts
- Voluntary. Gifts are voluntary contributions to the Foundation. You receive no goods or services in return unless we tell you otherwise at the time of the gift.
- Currency and processing. Amounts are in US dollars. Gifts are processed by Stripe [or Donorbox] under its own terms. If you choose to cover processing fees, that amount is added to your gift and shown on your receipt.
- Monthly gifts are charged on about the same day each month until you cancel. You can change or cancel a monthly gift at any time by emailing info@ipaspace.org. A cancellation takes effect before the next scheduled charge if we receive it at least [three] business days before that charge.
- Program designations. When you direct a gift to a program, we use it for that program. If the program is fully funded, changes or ends, the Foundation may use the gift where it is needed most. [Counsel: confirm the designation policy.]
- Receipts are emailed to the address you give at checkout. Please keep them for your records.
- Refunds. If you made a gift in error, email info@ipaspace.org within [30] days and we will refund it. After that, refunds are at the Foundation’s discretion.
- Tax questions. The Foundation does not give tax advice. Please ask your own tax advisor about your gift.
Content and trademarks
The text, images, video, logos and design of this site belong to the Foundation or are used with permission. You may share links to our pages. Please ask before reusing our content or marks, except where the law allows.
Image credits
Some photographs on this site are U.S. military imagery obtained through the Defense Visual Information Distribution Service (DVIDS), and some are courtesy of NASA. They are used in keeping with each agency’s guidelines for public use.
The appearance of U.S. Department of War (DoW) visual information does not imply or constitute DoW endorsement. The use of NASA imagery does not imply endorsement by NASA. People shown in these images are not endorsing the Foundation or its work.

The site links to websites and services we do not control, including our payment processor. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and their own terms apply.

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided “as is”. We do not promise that it will always be available, error-free or up to date.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, the Foundation is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
